You bring up an interesting situation though. The ability to not only create circles and ovals but to cut them off at degrees. How quickly could this be done I wonder ?

For instance the mouth is just about a perfect half of a circle so a command could be rendered with additional values:

circfill(64,80,32,2,90,270)

x=64, y=80, radius=32, color=2, start-arc=90, end-arc=270
