Lexaloffle Terms of Use
Using the BBS
By posting game levels on the Lexaloffle BBS including Voxatron models and maps, you are agreeing to release
the them under this Creative Commons license
allowing sharing and remixing of the work. This does not apply to content that is linked to or embedded
such as images or flash files hosted on another site. In the later case, and all other cases, all rights remain
with the copyright holder.
The goal here is to allow people to freely reuse and build upon other user's creations, and to allow
levels to be downloaded from within the game. In short, if you would like your levels to be shared and
reused them upload it to the bbs. Otherwise, link to them.
Please give due credit to original authors where appropriate.
Treat other people on the BBS respectfully.
Design Ownership
Any game design ideas or suggestions directed at Lexaloffle are by default taken to be offered
as free to use. This is to avoid a situation where I can't design anything similar to anything anyone
has mentioned for fear of treading on their toes, and so that I can fulfill feature
requests without gaining formal permission.
About the Voxatron Alpha
Voxatron is in an alpha stage of development. It is labeled as such to indicate that the game is still
evolving and is subject to change. The current release is stable, and you can expect any bug reports
to be processed with due diligence. By buying Voxatron, you are paying for the game as it is now but
are entitled to any future updates free of charge.
Privacy
Lexaloffle Games will not share any private information with a third party without
explicit permission. We store only the minimum amount required to provide the service
to users. All passwords are stored in an encrypted form.
