And by the way, if we have to purchase it, then that's the wrong marketing estrategy, a tool with features for developing 2d retro games for everyone, millions of users would make their own games and twitt them , publish them, just my oppinion.

As it was answered (https://www.lexaloffle.com/bbs/?tid=1910), PICO-8 will be available separately at one point. Currently it's only with Voxatron (as the page states). If you happened have bought Humble Mozilla Bundle some time ago, you should already have Voxatron in your library (thus you'll only need to attach a Voxatron key issued by Humble Bundle to your account).
