Voxatron Soundtrack Sketches

Some of Voxatron's soundtrack is composed entirely digitally (using MilkyTracker), but most of it is starting out as sketches on acoustic piano. Here's a quick sample of music in development for the adventure mode, and at the end you'll hear the title theme for Zoot -- a new demo level coming in alpha 0.3. All of these pieces will eventually become 100% chip-tunes, so the finished product may sound quite different (and usually less melancholy!).

:: All of Lexaloffle won't load!!!

About two week ago the site, lexaloffle.com/bbs, just won't load. It turns out it's just OUR network that doesn't load lexaloffle.com. Whenever we're off our network I can reach lexaloffle.com/bbs but when I try to post something, it says,

You don't have permission to access /bbs/ on this server.

Had to comment on a post, sorry, but that's the only way to communicate to you. Couldn't show you a picture because I'm away from my network with my Iphone. What do I do!? When I'm home I can't reach lexaloffle, and when I'm out I can't post anything! Please help. :( If you want to see a picture you can follow me on Twitter. My username is ChuiGumIII.

Great stuff man, had no idea you were so musical.  I really should get more into music production... but I'm just not motivated.  Props to you.

Ahahaha what's with the sloth?

Anyway I appreciate the piano skills, but I'm mainly wondering what the "chippy" versions will sound like.

I have been into music production on the computer myself, and I have a few good "retro" videogame music scores that I have made in my spare time. They are not officially used in anything just yet, so I can show some examples if anyone is interested.

Just started working with 8-bit tunes in FamiTracker to get some practice in before the Voxatron sound editor is implemented. Sounding awesome!

Giving my support as always!

@deshn You'd have to find out what notes you played and then get the exact same notes, rhythm, etc. on Milky Tracker. It's easier with the piano, and I don't play the flute, so I can't tell you much to help. Sorry.
