The new emitters are fantastic, and although they have many uses it seems that they are limited to rather regular motion. It would be nice if options were added to randomize the emitted particles movement a bit, such as for drifting tufts of dandelion seeds. It would also be nice to have another form of movement in the options to allow for constant force, useful if you want an emitter to ignore friction on one axis, but not the other.

This update has been fantastic and has inspired me to make another level, something I haven't done in well over a year. Keep up the good work!

You can make an emmiter activate randomly with a modifier activated randomly, i did that on my level to get bullets to be shoot randomly

My plan for this is to allow any definition value to optionally be a random number within a specified range. For example, instead of giving an emitter's shooting angle a value of 0, random(-0.1, 0.1) would instead give each bullet a random angle between -0.1 and 0.1. Earlier I had a simple [ ] ADD NOISE checkbox, but found there are too many different ways of using noise for it to be useful without detailed control.

Per-axis friction is an interesting idea. Could you give me an example of a monster / bullet that might use this?

Well, you could have curving shots by applying friction to the relative forwards axis, but not to the sideways one so it starts out going diagonallyish and then ends up going straight sideways. I was more aiming that suggestion at using emitters for a more atmospheric type of thing though, such as dots or something that slowly drift up, instead of sliding to a halt a bit above the ground.

Really there's a lot you could do with that, especially if friction is variable.
