So I've set PICO-8 up to run from RetroPie, and it all works great, except for exiting. When I type SHUTDOWN to exit PICO-8 and return to retropie, PICO-8 just freezes. Does pico8 need to be run from within it's directory, or can it be run from anywhere? (not like move the executable, but be in a different folder when running it)

I'm running it from Raspbian and this is a definite issue. To tell you the truth, I'm looking for any safe way at all to get out of Pico-8 and back to the desktop. This may be due to my being brand new to Raspbian but I can't seem to get out at all.

I see now (and tested) that starting Pico8 from the terminal will let me use "shutdown" to get back out. Good enough for me at the moment!
